Measurement at the highest level
Investments need a sound basis. Anyone who builds turbines with very large hub heights wants to know where the wind is blowing from. Our onshore wind measuring masts provide precise data - the basis of your success.
Wind energy is again becoming an important cornerstone of the climate change and for achieving the climate goals. This is made possible by ever more powerful systems, which now reach hub heights of 160 to 200 m. We provide top performance to ensure that wind measurement with wind measurement masts is as precise as possible without any disruptive factors caused by the wind measurement mast itself.
In teamwork with quality-conscious steelworkers and experienced structural engineers. In this way, we can offer you a high-quality and at the same time economical wind measurement system for your measurement projects, in all desired measurement heights.
Keep an eye on performance and costs
Our strategy is very simple: maximize performance, minimize costs. That's why our mast concept includes a climbing crane system that saves you a lot, such as space and paths for cranes. Therefore, this concept enables measurement in remote regions such as forests and mountains. The construction is also well thought out: The mast system with a triangular cross-section and three-sided guying has been optimized in such a way that space-saving guying radii result (max. 90 m with a 140 m high mast / max. 100 m with a 200 m high mast).
The result: an inexpensive wind measurement system that still delivers high data quality and availability.
Used worldwide, inland and on the coast.

-
Mountable mastListenelement 1For easy installation and low maintenance. Our masts not only meet the highest requirements for the accuracy of the measurement campaign, but also the requirements of occupational safety.
-
Construction by "our patented system" climbing craneopens up remote locations (forest, mountains). Our patented climbing crane system enables us to erect wind measuring masts anywhere in the world without a mobile crane or helicopter - up to a height of 160 meters.
-
Slim mast profilewith standard-compliant outriggers - little influence on wind flow. The mast is designed in such a way that the influence on the measurement campaign is reduced to the minimum. Outriggers are optimally adapted as foldable outriggers for sensors or as extendable in maximum lengths and still vibration-free.
-
Cost-efficient foundationtakes place via steel floor plates: no use of concrete with normal load-bearing floors. In addition, we realize every mast at every location, regardless of whether it is a mountain ridge or a wetland
-
Optimum bracing lengthsLess space required and lease costs. Optimum bracing lengths are important factors of economy and ecology and are also influencing the measurement accuracy in the interaction of statics and minimization.
-
Calibration and installation of measurement technology according to MEASNETprofessional configuration of the data logger for measurement according to IEC 61400 We configure the data logger or work hand in hand with companies. This also includes, for example, WIND-consult engineering company for environmentally friendly energy conversion mbH
-
Monitoring of the measurement campaignensures high data availability
-
Accompanying the approval processincluding submission of the mast statics and technical drawings, creation of the foundation statics, concepts for day and night marking as an obstacle to aviation according to NFL I 143/07 Our experienced team is available from A to Z to receive all approval procedures and that worldwide.
